J.T. Atkins & Company PC worked with a Steering Committee and the Chelan County PUD to capture and incorporate the vision of Steering Committee members, identify and address opportunities and challenges voiced by stakeholders and the public, and develop a plan that lays the foundation for successful project implementation at selected sites.

As envisioned, the entire river corridor will be linked with a system of trails, directional signage, and interpretive drives. The sites, and the links between them, will further ecotourism, recreation, habitat restoration, and education opportunities within the Upper Valley.
