J.T. Atkins & Company PC, with Makers Architecture + Design and J.A. Brennan Associates, created a plan for connecting Wenatchee’s waterfront area along the Columbia River to the city’s central business district.

The plan focuses on a proposed mix of residential and commercial land uses on private land adjacent to the existing waterfront park.

J.T. Atkins & Company PC was responsible for planning the waterfront park improvements as part of the overall urban design. The park concept included development of a facility to house the Row and Paddle Club and a restaurant at an important entry into the park.
